Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?

Yes—bridal appointments are required.💗

This allows us to prepare a private suite and dedicate a stylist to your appointment so you receive a personalized, one-on-one experience.

How far in advance do I need to buy my gown?

We recommend shopping for your wedding dress 9–12 months before your wedding date.

  • Most gowns arrive about 5 months after ordering

  • Alterations and finishing details take additional time

If your timeline is shorter, don’t worry—we have options available and will guide you to the best fit for your timeframe.

Do you charge for bridal appointments?

Our standard bridal appointments are complimentary.

If you’re looking to elevate your experience, we also offer Signature Upgrades with added celebration touches.

Can I bring guests to my appointment?

Yes! We recommend bringing 1–4 guests who will support you and help you feel confident in your decision.

  • Up to 6 guests maximum

  • Larger groups can be accommodated with appointment upgrades

To keep the experience comfortable and focused, we recommend not bringing children under 10.

How long is a bridal appointment?

Bridal styling appointments are 90 minutes.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy your full experience.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • Nude undergarments

  • A strapless bra (only if desired)

  • Your hype crew 💗(the people who will support your decision)

  • An open mind to try new styles

Can I take pictures?

Yes! We encourage you to take photos and share your experience.

Be sure to tag @ModaLaneOfficial so we can celebrate with you!

Likewise, members of the ModaLane team may ask your permission to be in some pictures for ModaLane!

During certain events, photography may be limited - we'll always let you know in advance.

What are your price and size ranges?

Our bridal gowns range from approximately $1,100-$6,000 and sizes 0-38. ModaLane is proud to be completely price transparent- every gown is clearly labeled with designer and price.

How does payment work?

A 60% deposit is required when you place your order.

The remaining balance is due within one week of your gown’s arrival in-store. Because each gown is ordered especially for you, this ensures your dress is secured and on its way to you.

What appointment upgrades do you offer?

We offer Signature Upgrades to make your appointment even more memorable.

Options may include:

  • Champagne & treats

  • Florals & elevated styling

  • Style & Sip experiences
