Do I need to make an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
Yes! Appointments are always required so we can dedicate a private suite and stylist to your experience. Our stylists at ModaLane want to provide you with the personal attention and expertise that you deserve to help select your dream wedding gown. We have a signature process we take each bride through to find you your dream wedding dress! However, if you are needing a last minute appointment, please call us, and we will certainly add an appointment for you if possible!

How far in advance do I need to buy my gown?
We recommend purchasing your dress 9-12 months prior to your big day. Gowns typically arrive 4-6 months after ordered. You will also want to have time for alterations and accessory shopping. We do have options for dresses that are needed sooner than 9 months as well, so we will be able to find you your dream dress even with a shorter time frame!

Do you charge for appointments?
Our standard bridal appointments are complimentary. If you’d like to elevate your experience, we also offer Signature Upgrades with added celebration touches. No matter which you choose, every bridal appointment at ModaLane is designed to make you feel celebrated and supported.

Can I bring my family and friends to my appointment?
Yes! Please make sure to bring people who love and support you and will be your best hype crew! We recommend bringing 1-4 guests but do allow up to 6 guests. You are able to upgrade your appointment to accommodate more than 6 people. Want to bring a bigger group? Ask us about upgrade options. We encourage you to not bring children under 10 due to the length of the appointment and the space not being child-friendly.

How long will my appointment be?
Bridal Gown Styling appointments are 90 minutes long. Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early, as you will want to start on time to get the full experience in your allotted 90 minutes.

What should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend wearing nude undergarments. You can bring a strapless bra, but be prepared to go braless as you likely won't need a bra on the day of your wedding. Other than your required undies, we recommend having a great hype squad and an open mind to try new styles!

Can I take pictures during my appointment?
Yes! Be sure to tag @ModaLaneOfficial on your posts! Likewise, members of our Marketing Team may ask your permission to be in some pictures for ModaLane! Occasionally, during events, pictures are not allowed per designer request, and we will certainly notify you of that as needed.

What are price and size ranges of gowns at ModaLane?
Gowns are available in a wide range of prices and sizes with pricing ranging from $1,100-$6,000 and sizing 0-38. ModaLane is proud to be completely price transparent. Every wedding dress in our collection includes a tag that identifies the gown designer, the style number, and the price.

How do I pay for my gown?
A 60% payment is required when you place your order. The remaining balance is due within one week of your gown’s arrival in-store. Because each gown is ordered especially for you, this process ensures your dress is on its way and ready for you as soon as it arrives.

What do you have for appointment upgrades?
ModaLane offers Signature Upgrades to make your appointment unforgettable — including Sip & Celebrate with champagne and sweet treats, Petals & Prosecco with luxe florals and charcuterie, and Bridesmaid Style & Sip for your full crew. Ask your stylist about adding these special touches when we confirm your appointment.
